An Instance ID is required for new installations
If this is the first time installing one of our Apps to your PC, you may be asked for an "Instance ID".
You can get your Instance ID from any computer running our Back Office program by clicking the "About..." link in the lower left of the main menu. Your Instance ID will be displayed just under your company name.
