Using Control Panel open Devices and Printers
Locate the Label Printer (might be named Cognitive, Label or Bar Code printer)
Right Click and select ‘Printer Properties’
Click Advanced
If Driver is set to Cognitive:

• Change it to Generic Text
• Click Apply (and wait for it)

If Printing Defaults is disabled:

• Go back to the General Tab
• Click Change Properties button (lower left with shield) to enable (might require admin credentials)
• Go back to the Advanced Tab

Choose ‘Printer Defaults’ button (lower left)
Click ‘Advanced’ (lower right)
Change from 'Letter' to 'US Std Fanfold'
Click OK
Click General Tab
Select ‘Preferences’ (middle button)
Click ‘Advanced’ (lower right)
Change from 'Letter' to 'US Std Fanfold'
Click OK
Click OK again (to exit)
