Wine Software offers a number of tools to effectively manage most aspects of your business. See below for a brief summary of each module and its features.
Back Office is the main application containing the core modules of the system: Sales & Fulfillment, Wine Club, Inventory Control, Compliance Manager, Reporting and Bullseye Marketing.
Sales & Fulfillment provides an Order Management system with the tools needed to create orders, process payments and fulfill orders. Fulfillment tools provide integration with UPS, FedEx and other fulfillment services as well as a pickup management system to track pickups and their status.
Manages your wine club memberships and provides automatic batch processing of orders, billing, fulfillment and compliance.
The inventory system can be used to manage inventory across multiple locations. Where is it? Is it available? How much is it valued at? When and how many should I re-order? Is it selling well? These any many other questions are all answered using the Inventory module. You can reconcile your inventory each month to find over/shorts.
Insure you work within the boundaries of the law! Use the built in compliance module, or integrate with any one of our compliance partners. This module offers real-time compliance checks for shipments, manages sales tax collection, recognizes prohibited states, limits by state by period, taxable shipping states, etc.. Compliance Manager also offers a range of reports that provide a breakdown of shipping activity by state to satisfy most compliance reporting needs. Reports are available by bottles or liters and can break out sales by alcohol percent.
Cash Manager Point of Sale - our flagship product. Available on iPad and Windows, use to ring up sales, service customers, accept payments. Recognize member discounts, process club pickups, enter notes, set alerts. Cash Manager point-of-sale does it all!
You collect a lot of information. Now you need to report on it. The reporting module offers many styles of reports, but rest assured, most anything you need is available at your finger-tips. Choose from quick reports to parameterized reports. You can use datasheets to perform ad-hoc queries, or the Bullseye business intelligence tool to manage segmentation and marketing email lists.
The POS Monitor provides you real-time insights into your sales day. Monitor sales by sales associate, item, cash in drawer, by payment method, tips and more. This monitoring tool sits on your desktop so you can watch it in real-time as it automatically updates as sales are made.
Once you've collected sales data and depleted inventory from sales, samples and wholesale, you'll need to record this financial data into your accounting system. The accounting interface provides a roll-up of sales and depletions by day (or any period you choose) in the form of a journal entry (credit/debit report) that maps to your chart of accounts. Use this tool to shave hours off your daily booking of sales and simplify bank reconciliation.
Most of us are doing business on the web using some form of Ecommerce. Customers and orders can be synchronized with your Ecommerce store using Data Exchanger. Simply install Data Exchanger and watch as your customer and order data synchronizes with your web store enabling your customers to join your club, manage their profile, purchase products and receive membership benefits.
Have more than one tasting room sales location? Multi-Site manager makes it easy to manage these multiple sales locations. With centralized database management, you can share products and customers across each location so you don't have to maintain multiple databases. Centralized sales, reporting, wine club, products provides easy management and consolidated (or broken out) reporting.
The Tax Updater keeps your tax rates up-to-date. If you are collecting sales tax in other states by state, county, city or zip, you will want to subscribe for this service. Configure your states and state parameters and receive monthly updates to your tax rates.
