Cash Manager Mobile POS is designed after our flagship product, Cash Manager for Windows. Our mobile features will super-charge your POS system!
Mobile, meaning, you can take it with you. Whether you are providing table service, working the patio, or wandering through the tasting room, an event or concert, you have the freedom to process sales and club pickups "on the spot".
Easy to use
Our design maintains a familiar user-interface between Windows and Mobile versions so that sales associates can start using the new mobile POS with little to no learning curve.
Features
In addition to our standard feature set, we added new features to extend the functionality of a mobile POS.
- Wireless, Untethered Use - No cables! Simply stated, you are free to roam about without the need of wired peripherals. Printer, Card Swiping, Scanning, Cash Drawer... all wirelessly controlled.
- Offsite Use - Having an outside tasting? A party in the vineyard? Selling at a festival or farmers market? No problem! Now you can use your point of sale system anywhere, anytime!
- Signature on Tablet - Whether you are getting signature for a credit card sale or wine club pickup, signatures are captured on the face of the tablet.
- Gratuity Entry (User Choice) - Now customers can select their own gratuity from three preset percentages or can enter a custom amount.
- Emailed Receipts - New receipt options include: No Receipt; Email Receipt, or Printed Receipt.
- Preset Banks and List Keys - You can select a preset bank from a menu rather than scrolling through one at a time using the select button. In addition, we have added List Keys which allow you to create a menu of items under a single preset button.
System Requirements
- Server - The Wine Software host computer must be configured with a Static IP
- iPad - Apple iPad, iPad Air, or iPad Pro; A8 Fusion Chip or greater; Min 2GB memory, Min 16GB storage.
- WiFi - You must have a private WiFi connection that resolves to the same network your server is located.
- Printed Receipts - Although Cash Manager Mobile can email receipts, printing is sometimes desired. If you wish to print receipts, you will need a WiFi or Ethernet Epson receipt printer.
Note: Multiple iPads can share a receipt printer.
